Trust: Not For The Faint Of Heart

Many of the techniques I have been engaging in lately have called for setting intentions and then trusting the universe or your subconscious to take over and guide you to the actions that need to be pursued.

I never thought I had ‘trust issues’ yet when things do not change quickly enough the solution has always been to move on and try something else.  Could it be that I have not allowed the time for the incidents to play out?  Of course it is possible.

Patiently waiting for answers is never easy yet we all must do this at some point in our lives.  Whether it is exam results, blood tests or the launch of a highly anticipated product, biding one’s time is part of the human experience.

The period between the event and the outcome is where trust must enter.  Regardless of the aftermath, and plenty scenarios will flicker through the mind, trusting that we can deal with it is not for the faint of heart.

It can be managed.  Have faith and trust in your own capabilities.
