Being without worry would, I suspect, send some people into a tizzy. Anxiety has become so much of who we are that living without it would feel uncomfortable, at best; devastating, at worst.
Yet, nearly all worriers have a desire to be peaceful. So why is it that while wanting peace, being without the apprehension would throw us off so much? Just because the habit of worrying has been so ingrained into who we are, it seems that letting it go is too scary and worse, it is distressing.
The best way to grow is to leave the comfort zone. Quiet the mind, take a leap and remember that everything works out for your benefit. It’s all good, no need to fret.
